Our office is conveniently located in Beaverton, OR. Right in between HWYs 8 & 10, a few blocks from HWY 217 Canyon Rd off ramp.
Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with telehealth for all non-physical appointments!

Should you test positive at home prior to your appointment:
You must be fever free for 48 hours without the use of fever reducers OR 7 days since your last positive test.
You must also wear a mask 10 days post your last positive test.
